This is to inform all esteemed alumni of the BUBT EEE Alumni Association that the Alumni Election 2026 is scheduled for  1st May 2026  

The election will be conducted to fill the following positions on the BUBT EEE Alumni Association for Two-years term.

Ø  President–01

Ø  Vice President–02

Ø  General Secretary–01

Ø  Joint Secretary–01

Ø  Treasurer–01

Ø  Organisation Secretary–01

Ø  Joint Organisation Secretary–01

Ø  Media and Communication Secretary–01

Nomination Process:

  • Nominations for the above positions will be accepted from April 17 to April 24, 2026
  • Nomination forms can be obtained from Mr. Dipta Kumar Ghoshe (01400121231) in Room No.: 602, Building-01 and Mr. Tanvir Ahmed (01770998673) in Room No.: 602, Building-03
  • Completed nomination forms must be submitted to Mr. Dipta Kumar Ghoshe, in Room No.: 602, Building-01 and Mr. Tanvir Ahmed in Room No.: 602, Building-03

Eligibility Criteria:

Ø  All registered BUBT EEE Alumni Association members are eligible to participate and vote.
Ø  Must be senior by intake.
Ø  Having no Controversy issues in his/her studentship/ character intensity.
Ø  Communication capability will be high.
Ø  Must be financially solvent/capable of handling all financial-related matters by himself or herself.
Ø  Should have intensity, courage, self-awareness, respect, empathy, and gratitude.
Ø Nominations or self-nominations are accepted.
Ø Must be a registered member of https://eeealumni.bubt.edu.bd/
Ø An individual who reflects and recognizes the importance of education from the BUBT and demonstrates pride in the BUBT
Ø The recipient must be able to present a BUBTEEEA program and also attend any programs organized by BUBTEEEA.
Ø Nomination Fee: 1000/-
Ø Please complete and submit the Nomination by April 24, 2026

Voting Procedures:

  • Voting will take place on May 01st 2026 at our official website (https://eeealumni.bubt.edu.bd/) from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
