Project Description
Iqbal Hossain Rajib Khan, a proud alumnus of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) department of Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), graduated as part of the 5th Intake (Day Program). He is currently serving as a Deputy Project Engineer (MEP) at Summit Equities Limited.
Rajib’s passion for engineering began during his student life, where he demonstrated his focus and problem-solving abilities by addressing real-world issues. At BUBT, alongside the academic curriculum, his hands-on project experiences helped him gain practical knowledge, preparing him for his professional career.
He began his journey at Summit Equities Limited as an Assistant Project Engineer, where his dedication and technical expertise quickly set him apart. Due to his outstanding performance, he was promoted to Deputy Project Engineer, a testament to his relentless work ethic and growing leadership in managing MEP systems in large-scale construction projects.
Today, Rajib plays a crucial role at Summit Equities Limited, where he supervises complex projects, ensuring the design, integration, safety, sustainability, and efficiency of MEP systems. His strong communication skills and collaborative mindset have earned him the respect of his colleagues and superiors alike.
Rajib firmly believes that success is built on consistency, curiosity, and a lifelong learning mindset. He shares:
