Mr. Mohammad Rashel Ahmed Shaheen, a proud alumnus of the 3rd intake of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), has not only excelled academically but continues to contribute significantly in his professional field. He has been a dedicated Senior Faculty Member in the BCS Preparation Program for many years, actively shaping and guiding future civil servants toward success.

After completing his undergraduate studies at BUBT, Mr. Rashel Ahmed pursued an MSc in ICT from the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), further enhancing his skills and knowledge, and bridging the gap between technology and administrative sectors.

Mr. Rashel Ahmed began his professional career with the Ministry of Defense as an officer. Later, he worked as a Senior Officer at a state-owned bank, where his professionalism and dedication propelled him toward success. He then transitioned to the Ministry of Home Affairs, joining the Passport and Immigration Department as an Assistant Director, a first-class gazetted officer. Currently, he serves as the In-Charge at the Regional Passport Office in Narail, where his leadership and responsibility have established him as an exemplary public servant. His commitment to ensuring citizen-friendly government services has earned him widespread recognition and respect.

His journey of educational and professional success serves as a powerful example of how hard work, perseverance, and the right education can significantly contribute to achieving great goals.
