Project Description

Md. Nazmul Hasan

Assistant Engineer

Bangladesh Fisheries Development Corporation (BFDC)

Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock

Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT)

Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering

22nd Intake (Evening)

Md. Nazmul Hasan was born in a small town with modest family resources but big dreams. During his school life, he was an average student—neither very outstanding nor very weak. Many people doubted his potential and often said, “He won’t achieve much.”

However, Nazmul believed in one thing—never giving up.

Every day he woke up early, studied hard, worked on improving his skills, and continued learning.

His journey was not easy. He faced many failures along the way—failing exams, being rejected in job interviews multiple times, and sometimes even doubting himself. But he never stopped. He understood that failure is not the end; it is a step toward learning and improvement.

After years of dedication, patience, and continuous effort, an opportunity finally came. The skills he had quietly developed over the years made him stand out from others. Eventually, he secured a position as an Assistant Engineer at Bangladesh Fisheries Development Corporation (BFDC).

Today, he has not only transformed his own life but has also positively impacted his family and the people around him.

Many people now say, “Nazmul is very lucky.”

But Nazmul knows the truth—

🍀 It was not luck; it was persistence that brought him success.
