Rahima Khatun, a proud alumna of the Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), graduated from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) department in the 4th intake, completing her degree in 2015. Since then, she has built an inspiring career as a leader and entrepreneur, motivating many along the way.

Currently residing in Melbourne, Australia, Rahima serves as the CEO of Leading Women Australia, an Australian organization dedicated to empowering women in business and promoting equal opportunities. This organization collaborates with numerous leading Australian not for-profit organizations to support women in achieving leadership roles across education, employment, and healthcare sectors. Alongside this, Rahima also heads D RYMA Group, where her expertise and vision drive the company toward innovation and excellence.

Her accomplishments illustrate the global impact EEE graduates can achieve. Rahima’s journey exemplifies how vision, dedication, and ambition can break barriers and inspire meaningful change. The EEE Alumni Association proudly celebrates her success and contributions, honoring her as a distinguished leader and role model for future engineers.
