Md. Rakibul Islam, an accomplished alumnus of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Intake 16, at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), has set a remarkable example of dedication and perseverance in building a successful career.

During his time at BUBT, Rakibul excelled not only academically but also as a leader in extracurricular activities. As the Vice President of the BUBT EEE Club, he organized various workshops and seminars, inspiring and empowering his peers to explore their potential.

In his professional journey, Rakibul has demonstrated versatility and excellence across multiple industries. He began his career as a Broadcast Executive at Mohona TV, where he honed his technical and managerial skills. Later, he joined Biman Bangladesh Airlines, taking on critical responsibilities in the aviation sector. Currently, he serves as a Section Engineer at Dhaka Metro Rail, a milestone project in Bangladesh’s transportation infrastructure. His role in this groundbreaking project highlights his significant contribution to the nation’s progress.
